Returns
We hope you love your item, but if you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt. To return your item, send us an email at hello@abuku.co.uk with your order number and we’ll provide a returns label. You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be refunded to the account you paid with within 10 days.
If your item arrives damaged, we will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we will replace or refund your item free or charge. For more information, please see our terms of sale.
