By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. Online store terms

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract forms only when we send a shipping confirmation email.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be received before dispatch. Prices may change at any time, but not after your order has been accepted.

5. Shipping & delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. We deliver to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees unless otherwise stated. These charges are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

6. Returns & refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • In the condition it was received in

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days. We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has shipped, it must be returned under our returns policy.

We may cancel an order for any reason. A full refund will be issued if this happens.
